RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Sale items cannot be returned, only exchanged for another size, style or store credit. Full priced items may be returned. Returns or exchanges can only be made within 21 calendar days from delivery and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Every return/exchange needs a Return Authorization (RA) issued by inDEFINED. In order to obtain an RA, please send an email to support@in-defined.com with your original order number, your name, address and phone number, and the reason for return.

 

inDEFINED cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been worn, soiled,  or washed. All tags and labels must be intact.

 

If you would like an exchange for another item or size, please describe that in your email, providing details such as style, color, and size(s).
